- Loyola volleyball, cross country to miss weekend events
NEW ORLEANS, La.- Loyola’s volleyball and cross country teams will have to wait a few more days to open their respective seasons as New Orleans continues to recover from Hurricane Gustav. With operations at the uptown campus set to resume at Noon on Sunday, September 7, the Wolfpack athletic schedule will continue after the weekend as well.

Baton Rouge, La. - The Gulf Coast Athletic Conference men’s and women’s cross country championships scheduled to be run at Highland Road Park in Baton Rouge, La., were postponed on Saturday by agreement of the conference coaches due to course conditions.
